The on-site operators are not allowed to clean up the residual material on the working surface with hammers and scrapers to prevent damage to the working surface, and the working surface needs to be cleaned up at the same time.

5. When the extruder is extrusion forming, the field operators need to pay attention to the process temperature control of each part in the mold to meet the requirements of the tube blank forming process, and the mandrel in the large specification pipe forming mold should have a heating and temperature control device.

6. Extruder equipment can generally produce a variety of plastic products of various specifications, and the extruder production line will be continuously produced for 24 hours, so sometimes the molding mold will not be used for a long time. Therefore, we need to clean up all parts, apply a layer of anti-rust oil, assemble them, and seal the inlet and outlet for storage. Heavy objects are not allowed to be placed on the stored mold to prevent deformation of the mold.
